I'm Debi, a local artist based along the Emerald Coast of Florida. I’ve come to know that it is extremely important for me to be fully engaged in a creative space to gain a connection back to myself, my thoughts, and feelings. A place where I can let things go, make anew, invite the unknown and JUST BE. Completely relaxed much like floating on water or sinking just below a wave, I become 100% free above the canvas, yet simultaneously submersed and hyperfocused in my work. 

Experimenting with different mediums and colors allows me to express myself in a way that either reflects how I feel, or how I wish to feel. It has become a way for me to problem solve and push through the many stages of what once was, to an arrival of clarity. 

My hope for you here is that you find something that makes you feel connectedness to yourself, someone you love, nature, even a specific time or place. I want you to be moved, inspired and curious in life and art just as I have been. Maybe you'll pick up some paint and start your own creative pursuit!?
